On the left you see me skinny af, legs shaky, arms weak, wrist so thin that I could put my fingers around, my self confidence was on its lowest level, I couldn’t even look at other peoples face because of my inner weakness and insecurity. My whole life was about my body, about being skinny and about starving as much as possible. I hated cardio, but I ran my ass of to loose those kilos.
On the right you see me strong, self confident, sacrificed and proud of myself, proud that I could get out of this shit. My weaknesses became to my strength, nobody and nothing could stop me. I do weight training 5-6 times a weak and barely cardio (bit I still hate it haha) and I do it not just to look good and keep that „fit body“, I do it to feel good inside, to live healthy and to be strong, mentally and physically. To challenge myself every single day and grow the best version of myself
