It's a security measure. You must be a participating member of TPOWIS in order to use that. I think you need at least 5 active posts. However, be aware, they must be on the topic of each subforum. Just posting to post or to advertise non-spandex/lycra/latex-related sites will not be tolerated, and you could face a ban. I've banned thousands of spammers over recent months.
