In Episode 20, Season 2, "The Emissary", there is a Klingon woman who wears an off red shiny Spandex outfit. I do not have any pictures, however, I am watching the Episode today.

K'Ehleyr was a half-Klingon (human mother) emissary from the United Federation of Planets to the Klingon Empire and had a fling with Worf which resulted in their son, Alexander Rozhenko. She was killed by Duras when she had uncovered a conspiracy by his family to ally with the Romulans that led to the Khitomer massacre.
