Los Angeles, California -- spandex has seen a bit of a resurgence in the past two years, but mainly with black non-shiny leggings.

BC Canada as well. I agree Lululemon has taken over (I'm also a shareholder) but I saw two women in shiny tights running today which was fantastic.

I'm from bonny Scotland.

the girls here have been wearing black tights / leggings with their leather boots through the winter. love it.

not much shiny lycra on show though. most running tights are no longer shiny. BOO.
