Welcome aboard Jackdeath! If i am not mistaken you used to be an 'anchor' poster back when we were members on shinybods. Much More relaxed here in that its not competitive in terms of posting (no posting quotas; in fact 80+% of members dont post at all) with a much much larger audience (in the thousands versus in the hundreds)) but not the traffic. Not to burst your initial excellent post but yes just about every photo has been shown ...dont worry; repeats here are ok (unlike like at shinybods)...as you can see there are 93 pages of leggings...obviously there is no way any new members or even older veteran members can remember if a particular photo has been shown before...

anyways property values nationwide are down ~31% which compares to the depression era of the 1930's (around 30%) So yes in terms of home property values decline from their peek (here in the US) its actually even worse than during the depression and worse ever...
