i have done leggings with a view photos, so why not swimsuit with a view....of Sorrento, Positano, Capri (italian riviera)...blog showing her vacationing....
absolutely gorgeous views in sunny weather thought you all should take in some of the outstanding scenery.....quoting: This is the last post from Sorrento. I called it- the best of the best ( for public of course). I visited a lot of places with my family and friends, but I have always thought about summer in Italy as "love trip". We stayed in Sorrento, but we visited a lot of special places there like Positano, Capri etc. It was one of the most touching days of my life and I would like to show you a small part of that. the world famous coney island polar bear club new year's day celebration on january 1st 2012.....nice and sunny......looks like a typical summer day at the beach photo the only hint that it isnt summer is that guy standing on top of a roof or tower and the way hes dressed
The crowds, used to braving snow and subzero temperatures on the Coney Island beach, were instead treated to a balmy 51-degree day — though the water was a bit chillier at 45 degrees

The Coney Island Polar Bear Club is the oldest winter bathing organization in the United States. The club invites one and all to swim in the Atlantic Ocean at Coney Island every Sunday from November through April.
The annual New Year's Day swim is the biggest swim of them all! The swim starts at 1PM but swimmers should come early to register. Bring warm clothes, surf boots or old sneakers, towels, and of course your camera! The NYC Parks Department provides changing facilities on the Boardwalk at Stillwell Avenue.

fantastic post capped4life....because of the logo i thought you had been the original photographer to these...you did post that you had found them; in any case excellent work (i do searches for pics and i have not run across them so they are all new to this board anyway; just like we like it...i am not a fan of the 'repeats' i strive to get my pics from 'original sources' such as the ones you mentioned and never bother looking at any other forums or boards since a lot of that has been too widely shown for my taste. Keep up the good work!

{not to compete with capped4life} love specializing in the swim meet photos as well [for those newer members note the name of the thread has an added + swim meet competitions...a few years ago i started the swim meet competition thread which was logically merged into what you see today...so yes i recognize/appreciate capped4life and his brilliant work.]

thanks. you have found great photos yourself. all good quality i just cropped them and recoloured some because i am not a fan of yellow tint that is quite common in some indoor shots.
