Interesting... Both girls are cosplayers, but this isn't cosplay, although the one one the left has a Harley Quinn wig and make-up on. The suit on the right is Fets Fash, you can tell from the seams, so maybe they both are. No comment to explain it on this instagram post either. Maybe it's just a DragonCon thing?

A video in the pink suit is up too, but it's not with the other girl.

Those photos are originally from her facebook page that is set to private. However, Alisa can be found in spandex here and there in the cosplay gallery here at TPOWIS. She also wrestles in many spandex outfits and superhero costumes over at Sleeper Kids World.
