Warm Up With Traci Lords

I strongly dislike this infamous video. The movements and production is ridiculous. It has Traci Lords rapping terribly for a lot of it. Oddly, the music keeps going for awhile after the video ends. I guess this video is mainly interesting for fans of Traci Lords pornographic videos. There is another video that I've read about called Jazzthetics with Traci Lords which has about 10 more minutes of this same footage. I don't know what two editions exist. I won't be searching for that Jazzthetics video.

Fun House Fitness The Swamp Stomp

Here begins a Jane Fonda thread. I do not have all of her videos and i have not tried to make a list of all of them. I'm missing the video called "Jane Fonda's Low Impact Aerobics & Stretch", which is the only one that I miss of hers that I want. I miss some others but I don't want them much.

This first video is a related to Jane Fonda since she introduces it and some of the instructors in it appear in other of Jane's videos. This video mostly is aimed toward children and has young exercisers but there are some adults in leotards in this video. If this video is considered inappropriate, please delete it.

I do not have the cover for this video.
