Warm Up with Traci Lords and Traci Lords Advanced Jazzthetics are essentially the same exercise video, with Advanced Jazzthetics being a re-edited version of the original. The videos were part of Traci Lords' attempt to transition into mainstream entertainment in the early 1990s following her adult film career. Warm Up with Traci Lords and Traci Lords Advanced Jazzthetics might appear to be the same footage but... Both have different leg lifting and hip thrust scenes with different camera angles. I have posted the best 4 quality versions out of many.
