Bodycise Bodyshaping With Tony Little

This begins a post of Tony Little. Although he, a man, appears as the main instructor in all of his videos, a lot of pretty females exercise with him. I like some of his videos a lot, especially the oldest ones such as this first video in the post. Since many of his videos have long sections where no woman appears, I've made excerpts for those videos but have decided to post the video completely as well.

Wish I still had this video!..unfortunately I lost a lot of my aerobics videos about three years ago during a move.
I remember I actually bought this video from like k-mart or some kind of store like that many years ago ..but wow what a great tape this was!..I have been searching ebay but seem to have no luck oh well guess this capture is all that I have I remeber doing a ton of captures with this ati-all-wonder card in my old win 98 machine...anyhow if any one finds it please post to this aerobics video post..WHAT A GREAT SHOT! thong brief with blue tights
