its no wonder the apnea coach is shmoozing her over....the Italian 19 year old @virnaamarongiu

'19 anni, sarda, dopo l'agonismo nel nuoto Virna Marongiu approda alle gare in apnea, e in un anno raggiunge un bellissimo risultato di 159 metri in DYNB. Sarà lei il nuovo giovane talento dell'apnea nazionale al femminile?'

--for those of you who might be wondering why the use of wetsuits on the pool decks? on a lot of my posts :?: other than to scuba train??? know you know why.....its the sport of apnea or breath holding--

 when i first got involved in this topic at a now defunct forum similar to tpowis...i actually began to wonder why the use of wetsuits on pools when they are clearly not getting their scuba diving 'license' or certificate training completion???? thats how i became familiar with the sport of apnea :o

and if all of this apnea stuff makes you a little hungry  FRESH CATCH OF THE DAY might be in order....this 🇵🇹 gal @carolinagouveiia
Seasoul 🌊 📍From Madeira Island Economics | Business management📈 might be one that i might settle for if i cant get the Italian  as you can see theres way too much competition for her

ITS ABOUT LUNCH TIME AS I POST THIS....FRESH CATCH OF THE DAY ON that fish sandwhich that i will have later on in about 45 minutes as i wait around for the countertop oven to do its thing.....reminds me about a year and change ago i was with my sister and dropped in for lunch at a fish place thats pretty famous around the Miami river....i had a (rare) swordfish sandwich....yeah it was a $45+ sandwich :o  ===>>you have to PAY for the fresh catch of the day :D ....trust me IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST SANDWICHES i've had IN YEARS!!!! ....AND IT WASNT EVEN ON THE MENU; they happen to get a huge 120 lb one-they sell fish as well and i caught an eye of it and the server got me the smallest of the fillets and got it to the kitchen and 'made it happen' :P

swordfish is found in all zones but more abundant in the north atlantic...South Florida has a tremendous variety of more tropical fish species in the waters of the Atlantic and the Gulf...swordfish is caught but very unusual....the server told me that it was sourced by the restaurant but it isnt generally on their menus as its not a 'regular' fish that they offer....AGAIN 'THE FRESH CATCH OF THE DAY' was actually a fish that they procured earlier that week...so my sandwich was very very fresh and good but it wasnt caught the day before
