[RAMBLING COMMENTARY INTRO] TO THE FOLLOWING VIDEO; IF i was superintendent to public education the following video techniques WOULD BE MANDATORY phys education class or PE as what it was called in my jr and senior high school days long ago....i would implement these techniques to be taught to all boys only PE classes in junior and high school.
