Basically this is a spoof video. A young woman is exercising to an aerobic tv show, and while she is doing the exercises, her grandmother is doing more vigorous work around the house than the exercise show. The young woman who is trying to stay in good cardio shape but is nothing compared to the daily activities the old woman has done her whole life. At the end, the young woman collapses from exhaustion from the exercise as the grandmother lifts her with no problem showing the old lady is in better shape than the young woman. Aerobics are no match compared to real life work.

spxliveman, those are some crazy weird videos. Especially the first one, I have no clue what the point is.. perhaps cleaning = exercise? Or is it old ladies have more endurance? In either case, the young girl in that first video is perhaps a bit too young.

The second video, that was one of the best "don't smoke" ads Ive seen

Here is a commercial I found on a tape around 1990 or so. you can tell that is a one piece thong leotard, but she wasn't going to show us that in a commercial then, was she? Did she ever do an exercise video?
