That small rock was around 30 KG and the bigger one was well over 100 Kg.

Russians have better taste regarding leotard aerobics than Americans in my opinion. No giant ugly belt, no giant ugly legwarmers, just only leotard + pantyhose (preferably spandex pants) showing nice legs and smooth bodies . Too bad we don't see much of them

I agree with you but it would be perfect if they would not wear the ugly socks. The best way to practice Aerobics is on barefeet or with pantyhose like Jane Fonda or Barbara Curie have done it. That just my thoughts.
