Interesting... Both girls are cosplayers, but this isn't cosplay, although the one one the left has a Harley Quinn wig and make-up on. The suit on the right is Fets Fash, you can tell from the seams, so maybe they both are. No comment to explain it on this instagram post either. Maybe it's just a DragonCon thing?

I ask our moderator if he has seen this type of catsuit before??....may be a similar revealing type but i am sure not this exact style [definitely a club party outfit and eye candy for guys]
