Anyway, this is a zip folder containing 68 short video (AVI) clips from various Solid Gold episodes (1981-1986). All of them focus on the dancers. For the most part, the video quality is (unfortunately still) the best out there, from what I've seen of this particular genre. They seem to be digitized VHS recordings of re-runs broadcast on VH1, which probably accounts for their generally decent quality (as opposed to VHS recordings of the original broadcasts). Their dimensions are 640x480, 29.87 fps. Length between a half and 6 minutes, though mostly around 1 or 2 minutes.

You'll need an un-zipping app to extract the files. If you don't have one, there are plenty of freeware versions out there. This file was created with 7-Zip.
