Image (no) I havent forgotten this my 'personal' thread of sorts rededicated to mostly swim meet and diving photos with occasional apnea (name of thread not withstanding). Its been a while since I last touched base here. I will focus more on swimming/diving meet competition and a sprinkle of some assorted non swim photos as well (looks like I exhausted all of the apnea for a while). Enjoy

a few more incl the non competitive swimmer front photo:

Just wanted to post some images to one of my favorite topics. I believe that many of you will enjoy the women in the gold Jaked suit 8-) A few of these images came from swimpics.de, I suggest you check it out if this is your thing.

I'd like to know if anyone has an image set. The set I'm looking for was something like 5-10 images of college aged ladies using monofins and fastskins at an indoor pool. It was one of my favorite post that I saw on another board, possible shinybodz a long time ago. I dont have a sample image, but thanks for the help.

Welcome aboard jackson1985, good to see a new poster with the same taste as me here and in the tight shorts genre...I could use a little help with additional photos being added for this thread of sorts dedicated mostly to swim/dive meet as well as apnea and finswimming, (despite the name of the thread). Speaking of which I dont remember those photos that you would like. I was a member of shinybods and departed soon after the forum was moved and was renamed shinybodz. There are some finswimming photos on page 1. I would urge you to do a search for 'finswimming gallery' ect and see what you come up with. There really isnt a lot of photos and websites (finswimming is popular in europe not the usa) out there so it should take you a couple of hours to do. I did that and came up with what I've already posted on page 1.
Hopefully someone else here remembers and can point you in the right direction. Again welcome and thanks again for your posts here.

Yes I remember a number of those that you posted from my search...I did not post a few of those because they seemed too far away. But yes I recall them from searching. The majority I must admit are new to me. Remember also that in dynamic apnea fins are used so you can search for dynamic apnea as well. I found tons of apnea so much so that I exhausted the pics. [shinybods/z was caught in the economic meltdown late last year: sub prime loans, forclosures, lehman brothers, linen and things, aig, chrysler...you understand...and is no longer with us]

Enjoy

davislove, I forgot to thank you for the warm welcome to posting member of this board. I did a search of some new keywords you gave me, here is what I found from some foreign websites. Some of them are not the highest quality, but I will continue to search.

Thank you very much Davis and Jackson! Very good Pics!

BTW: I would like to know which discipline of swimming this is. The girls are all wearing these very large single-fins. I have never seen that on TV. If swimming (Olympic disciplines butterfly, dolphin, back...) is shown on TV (what is very rarely!) the boys and girls swim without fins.
Do they train for Apnoea Diving? Or is it a Off-Olympic discipline?

Its ok jackson no appologizing needed. Other than pic#jana_dyf_record.jpg which is on page1 they are all new.

fin swimming, where they use fins to propel themselves instead of kicking the feet is an official sport most popular in europe lycrafan. Its the same as swimming, they also use the snorkels to breathe so they dont have to swing their heads. It should make for faster swim times. Dynamic apnea is a discipline. Swimming the length of the pool underwater submerged while holding your breath as long as you need to also using fins and no snorkels obviously.

I am sure there are more explanations but thats your quick study on that.

The only reason I incorporated these 2 into this thread is that the women use the same speedo/tyr swim racer suits that are so hot. I can get more photos that way than just searching for swim meet competitions.

[sorry for just 2 pics...i almost always do 20 but I wanted to respond]

Great Pics! The second one is fantastic! If only they would not wear these terrible white socks ;)

That was completely new to me. I have never seen that nor have heard about that. Ok, i heard about diving without air bottles, but i have not heard about swimming without snorkles and with fins. I will do some research on the net. If i can find some pics i will post.

Just a theory out of the blue: In regards to hypothermia I learned that body heat is lost mostly from the extremities. I would suppose that in high school or college indoor pools in fall or winter even though the pool is heated it may be the natatorium may be cooler than the water temp*. With all the training going on athletes in and out of the pool, constantly, may want to keep the leg muscles warm while out of the pool.

*I dont know at what temps the water in the pool is kept...probably around 78-84 degrees...I am sure the air temp inside the facility is around 70 degrees or less. Large indoor athletic facilities are notorious for being cold. The contrast in temps may be even larger.

OR IT MAY JUST BE THAT THE GALS ARE TRYING TO HIDE THEIR LEGS FROM THE "PERVERTED" MALE SWIMMERS, coaches, spectators SOMEWHAT

They wear pantyhose or tights while training to increase the drag, and get more of a workout. No other reason.

It would not help them remain warm while out of the water, since they would be damp, and actually pull heat off their body.

Dont worry...you Image (dont) have to answer it...although it could have been feasible I now know not

These (the swim meet with the speedo/tyr speed racing suits not the standard 1piece) are the photos that I originally wanted to showcase for this thread. But (for many months)did not find as many as I envisioned. Image I just found a little 'gold mine' full of them (at least 100+ photos ???) so stay tuned.[Both 1 piece and the racer ones mixed, all from college swim-dive meet competitions]

thanks lycrafan...I thought the previous batch would do even betterImage...if at 1st you dont exceed as you thought it should...try try again.Image
[I got one more last batch after this Image...maybe a 3rd and final attempt, (just like in track@field where you get 3 attempts to make the mark), to make my case. I have to search for more of these types of photos. Got lucky to find a large batch like I did. They are very tough to get these (speedracer swimsuits) photos]

a few more to add of the swimsuit malfunction photo evidence documentation...it looks like she had not even noticed it by the way she is walking around in one or two of the photos prior to being informed. She can use the swimsuit like one of those erotic type of latex catsuits with holes 'in the right locations' in the future...It opened below the zipper line like vanman said. I did not know that a natatorium would become a cabaret type of night ladies entertainment scene

Here is the one last photo that wasnt in the original batch where she is being informed (and disqualified) that a natatorium is NOTa 'night girls showing partial nudity entertainment bar establishment freak show!!!!

Get the hell out of my pool you female pervert!
