Winning Work-Out

I found another interesting video at a thrift store. This one had an old aerobics program shown on a public television station recorded from television called Winning Work-Out. Only one episode was on the tape.

There is no cover for this since it's recorded from television.

CIA 2402: Step Temptation & Hi-Low Revelation

Very dancy with separate step and hi-low segments; it’s all well-choreographed and well-cued. Philip Gray’s genuine enthusiasm and infectious energy will keep you moving for the entire 81 minutes (or do the segments separately for a shorter workout). It’s complex, but Philip teaches add-on style and previews the changes so you’ll visually see what’s coming. The step section uses every inch of the bench; it combines mambos, repeaters and stomps with directional changes and up-and-over patterns. The wide-ranging hi-low moves are even faster-paced and dancier; they’re tough but can easily be modified for lower-impact. It ends with a challenging series of ab crunches, oblique twists and bridges.
