i tend to post photos w watermarks....its when the watermark is pasted across the photo i stay away....its preferred to post photos that dont have any logos of course....i usually do a good job at identifying the source whenever i pull a large amount of photos w a watermark from there....so far so good; ive had little complaints

sometimes the good old aunt google can help you finding images. the imagesearch works also with URL's of images and uploaded images. But in this case the image seems to be unique. that does not mean that there are no copies of it. it only means that there are no copies of it that google knows of. in protected forums and paysites there might be a copy of this and maybe many other pictures of a series of it.
