I am starting what I hope is a dedicated wetsuit section or thread. You are welcomed and encouraged to add various wetsuited ladies to keep this thread going.

[I am going to throw in a few triathlon wetsuits for quantity purposes even though I would post those in the triathlon events section. You all may obviously add them here if you choose.]

I have so many categories that i update frequently now that i 'cant be bothered' with another one but at least these 2 posts go a long ways in 'touching base here'

a bit off-topic in that its not surfing and i wont post any scuba. the only reason i am posting Sheri Daye is that she is a world reknown freedive spear fisherman from my 'neck of the woods'...she also appeared in the tv series 'spearman hunter' 2006 on the outdoor channel. She is in the world female divers hall of fame.

not only these belong in their appropriate category but these are examples of what i call: 'tired old repeats', i remember these photos from my shinybods days...in fact most of them are from before shinybods(forum) was even 'born' ...thats how old some of them are...not in the too distant future,however, these will become 'new again'. [at least for those younger members; who may never have seen them, thats how old a few of these are, and in fact some of these photos are making their initial 'maiden voyage' on this version of the TPOWIS forum...YES, there was a previous edition(s) of tpowis forum, i wasnt an original founding member of version#1 (or 2)...like most of you i came aboard on the 'new@improved' 2nd(3rd?) Present edition]

Some of the more famous miami beach art deco hotels, as an example, originally built in the '50s and '60s have been getting refurbished in the last decade+ and are now very popular and fashionable lately [the clevelander is world reknown]...goes to show you that these old photos will be 'new' again; in about a generation just like the hotels in miami beach -art deco as an architecture movement is gaining momentum of late-

EDIT:1.13 to add 'rashguards'; and yes those photos were taken in the south pacific (every time that expression is uttered it brings a sense of serene tropical islands with palm trees and lush vegetation) [you will see her wearing a few 1-pieces in the swim section next time i post there]

I have completely abandoned (forgotten) this thread. I started as a novice to make my mark on another (now defunct) forum just on this topic alone...I will be editing this post by adding more pics so stay tuned...ALL ofthese today are from above mentioned author (sandiegoshooter)...Thanks for your post that reminded me that i should post here once in a long while at least

meet Jenny Kalmbach@Karen Wrenn and their very niche sport of stand-up paddleboarding...similar to surfing but with 'gondola type rowing oars' ...she is world reknown in this sport...other pics of paddle surfing (different from stand-up paddleboarding) as well...and a bit of other related watersports..
