Is this section just for FREE video clips? Or stuff you find from a search?
YouTube, Google, Megaupload/Megarotic...etc.
Am I correct?

You can upload anything here that is allowed to be shared in the other video section. You can upload a video you ripped from YouTube if you want, or if you don't want to use rapidshare for larger files you can upload them here, but nothing from any paysite is allowed anywhere on this forum.
