I'm sorry to be away for so long.

Now starts the first post in a long one. I will post three complete, as far as i know, series of "of Steel". The three series are called "original", "platinum", and "quick toning". These are the best series of the of Steel.

Some notes about the titles. The original series is a big mess. Notice that there are two different versions of Buns Of Steel 2 and 4 with different instructors and that there is no Buns of Steel 9. I suspect that Buns & Abs of Steel 9 was misnamed and should have been named Buns of Steel 9, since it is the continuation of Buns Of Steel 8. Also, there is a video Buns of Steel Step 2000 which is not part of the Platinum series which uses the number 2000 in their names. Also, this list may be incomplete. If anyone notices any missing videos, please let me know!

Later, there were some other series such as the "new series", "of steel yoga", and "men of steel". I own one video from the "new series" and the women don't wear sexy leotards as the other three that I am posting. There are 3 videos from that "new series" of which I have one and I will post it last as a bonus. I don't have any of the yoga videos and I have one "men of steel" but it only features one man, Gilad from Bodies In Motion, and no women. Unless someone here (are there any ladies here who like Gilad?) wants that video, I won't capture and post it.

Finally, there is some a new format to deal with. I hope this does not bother anyone. I am not using RAR compression on these videos in order to save time. I'm using a program called HJSplit. You do not necessarily need this program to join the files since there are others that will work, but I recommend downloading the software if you do not know how to join these files. You can get the HJSplit software from

It is free software and I use it since it takes me much less time than usual to split files. I want to make my posting simpler and easier on me so I can post more videos more rapidly for everyone. Please learn how to deal with this format, even if you have not used it before. I assure you that it is easy.

Some notes

First, I didn't forget about the two Arms & Abs of Steel videos. They will be in the next upload. Second, Body Of Steel has two videos and they both consist mostly of reprints of former videos. But they have some unique sections as well. As a result, many people may not want to download the whole video, so I created the "unique excerpt" section which contains the unique content only. Body of Steel 1 was released in SLP mode, like most of the original series, so the quality is quite poor. However, the Body Of Steel 2 is fully in SP and the quality of the reprinted sections is better than the original tapes. I recommend therefore downloading the whole Body Of Steel 2 even if you have the source videos.
