This is Heather Thomas. She was also a popular actress from the 80's (The Fall Guy, Zapped). These are the only two pics in this outfit that I've ever seen. The one on the right was published in Muscle & Fitness in the early 90's.

I'd love to see the rest of the pics from this shoot!
