Its about time I added some pics (rather than just take) from my long, long, long ago box of 80s retro stuff. The post and pics of the Green Goddess Diana Moran (excellent post of Diana in those fetching green leo and tights) reminded me of the ITV equivalent of Lizzie Webb AKA Mad Lizzie and provided eye catching and zany workouts while eating the CornFlakes/sugar Puffs etc.... The pics are taken from her book 'Total Health & Fitness' sponsored by the TV Times....now that takes you back...sorry...UK will understand this only. Good book by the way for all nutrition and fitness and has LIzzie on many 80s retro outfits. I picked out these most Lycra versions as they go head to head with the posh BBC Green Goddess. Which do think is best..only one way to find out......!

I have so much 1980s lycra stuff collected over the years that fits some but not all of the topics in this excellent site, I think a new topic is required, and will add the stuff to this one.
Starting this tonight is one of the great entrepreneur’s of the lycra leo revolution in the 1980s and Debbie Moore who set up the Pineapple Dance studio. What a woman, babe in lycra and top business brains.

There is nothing so hot like 80s spandex. I've got a huge wardrobe of this sort of clothing. I could go for almost 4 months without wearing the same outfit twice.

There were some classic leotard designs of Pineapple in the mid eighties.

One I saw in particular was a red striped thong design which I saw in magazines and even worn once by Bonnie Langford of all people.

I thought it was on a fit model AWESOME!

(Also liked ,though not spandex, the outfit Debbie wore when she was presented with the Veuve Clicquot businesswoman of the year award.)

While Debbie was still renovating the Famous Pineapple Studios, some of the Miss Worlds just happened to pop in for a workout. Wow, that would be worth buying tickets for. I know, why not set up a fitness studio and invite lots of babe's with only one apparel condition!
