A surreal landscape of white crystal shorelines, where you float with a feeling of weightlessness at the lowest point of land on planet earth. An ancient source of minerals and substances, frequently visited by the Egyptians to trade materials for embalming mummies. On a clear day, you can see across to the other side, but this day it was covered in fog, adding to the utopian feeling of this magical place. We explored a part of the shoreline, floated in its warm waters, undisturbed by any human or creature, before driving along the entire east coast snaking up into the mountains and disappearing to the other side. Photographed by myself and the one and only:

We marked our marriage by trekking out on our own into a remote area of Wadi Rum, Jordan, a mere 20kms north of the Saudi Arabian border, to climb a mountain overlooking the desert and photograph the first chapter in this book:

Kirsty runs a incredible swimwear company based in Scotland. Her designs are the definition of summer and have been seen on IT girls across the globe. I recruited my two beautiful models, Daria and Veronika (who are also working and travelling around the world) on Facebook and headed for the beach. We shot the poolside shots at the Atlas Hotel in Hoi An.

It takes some time to load the images. The script that shrinkes the images is slow. So i suggest to press the CTRL key while right- clicking the image "display image".

Images, taken in full sun, almost often have problems with the white balance. The Nikon D7000, that the photographer has used to take these images, may have automatic programs to correct the white balance. I do not know this. But i did a white balance in GIMP on this image.

I am not into photography lycrafan so i dont know anything about white balance ect
never took any classes for that subject even though it was offered as an elective in community college curriculum; I thought the quality [hi pixel]and vibrant colors of this pro photographer work under natural sunlight in vietnam looked amazing.
