...when i mean regular its the traditional paddock/umbrella girls on the track ect...most of those pics are 2020-2021 but obviously there will be older prepandemic stuff...IVE FOUND THEM THRU SMUGMUG MOSTLY...SO YES FINALLY A GRID TRUE CAR SHOW BABES/GRID GIRL POST LIKE THIS THREAD WAS DESIGNED TO BE WITH MOSTLY NEWER STUFF; THATS NEXT TIME...HOPEFULLY.

for most of my time here on this board[over the years], I would normally fill my posts with photos like what i show today; thats just me and that will still continue [after my next post]...but for the very first time post pandemic you guys will get to see a 'regular' car show/promo babes with hopefully new stuff as in post pandemic...still hard to find these photos as we are still dealing with lock-downs and restrictions worldwide due to the virus and the new omicron variant throwing a wrench into the reopening situation
ahh yes about/expect 5% or more of the gals WILL BE WEARING MASKS...

so you are guaranteed that not only you will be protected from the virus but the photos are fresh

and speaking of fresh...in actuality some of that freshness has worn away a bit because as you all know once the vaccine was available to all of the population the masks went away so that basically after july you started seeing fewer and fewer masks being worn so now its like you start to question as to the date of the photo is that pre or post pandemic???
pretty soon you cant tell and so next year at this time when you see a grid girl wearing a mask that photo starts looking dated if you know what i mean....

EDIT 12/26 I AM NOW LOOKING AT THE EICMA PHOTOS FROM @girls_of_eicma/ [STARTED YESTERDAY] and i can say that eicma put together a lineup of a dozen plus women some from miss italy....very very strong and a lot of them arent even grid girls....well you will see them eventually-THE LARGEST COLLECTION of grid girls that i have seen for an event....very very well done.

...i did a few traditional grid girls but my focus and strong suit was adding regular gals in front of cars and especially biker girls i remember getting more views from those photos than the 'traditional grid girls'.....and to this day that very distinction still is valid....i mean i really tried my very best at posting the latest-post corona virus traditional grid girls [slim pickings due to the virus] and you can clearly see the photo view counts arent there

....so i return to a blend and hope this does better.....its almost like the forum audience prefers to see 'regular car/bike girls' than the 'fantasy' ones in the shiny catsuits

MOST ALL OF THE EICMA MOTOR BIKE SHOW; one of the largest yearly world-wide held in Italy ~falls appx on our thanksgiving weekend~...PHOTOS are in

--WITH CORONA VIRUS THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED FOR 2 STRAIGHT YEARS....SO ENJOY THE PHOTOS w plenty facemasks from attendees and some of the gals as well [event organizers bring in gals from all over italy; not necessarily agency grid girls from what i saw; plenty of models/past miss italy regional contestants...ect] strong girlwatching and even one got a beautiful flower arrangement bouquet [margarita fosca]...i left their respective instagram account in the name whenever possible; i checked out many of their instagrams; thats how i can tell some are just models and not agency grid girls

as you all know by now 'traditional grid girl' events have been disrupted ever since covid and so 'bikergirls' and photos showing a car in the background have 'substituted' nicely FOR ME ANYWAYS...ever since i started with TPOWIS i have always posted them and/so its been a staple source for me so covid lockdowns and lack of gridgirl events and shows didnt affect me finding and posting whatsoever--SO YEAH motorbikes and cars in the background now become grid girls for me...........................................................................

www.carloskella.de [german based - hamburg -has been doing these 'girls and legendary us cars' kalendars and collection of pin-up photos for years the last 2-3 years hes come to the USA and continued to do the pin-up style shoots....not exactly on-point with whats normally posted here on this thread but its certainly interesting... he has vimeo videos on the backstage and you can see those on his website...if you like modern pin-ups and vintage collectible cars you wont find any other sites that can top this

in keeping with this week's rollerskating @rollerblading scheme i have going on with posts...why not a grid girl

......i think i remember faintly one other photo of a grid girl on skates that i may have posted....so this would be the 2nd EVER such other photo:

insurance@liability issues probably is why you dont see more of them PLUS they need to know how to skate-usually not on any agency resume/job application questionnaire

be careful with 'fake GG' as you can see by the large photo shes a professional 'hit-woman' with her 'gun briefcase' as she preps her firearm...so shes no grid girl

interesting found this "TOP GUN" for women photo this pic rivals to me the legendary ones for men.....well in the age of female military@civilian pilots and talk about breaking the glass ceiling....there needs to be a "FEMALE TOP GUN" equivalent picture:

and the only reason i am able to show this photo is one of them is wearing a capri type legins

finally regarding the EICMA twice a year italian bike show and specifically the one in november which happened to coincide with the 1st one since the pandemic...the organizers contracted with ITALIAN models....in fact more than half of the grid girls at the event were models and had no/SOME work experience at being a show girl promoter [NOT ENOUGH AGENCY ONES to deal with a mega event like this]....I WILL LEAVE YOU WITH ONE EXAMPLE OF WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT....MORE NEXT TIME:
