not a lot of gentlemen around when this video took place i did see how the cameraman was careful to reguide the camera away from a group but he couldnt steer clear of this guy who went into that circular square:


this production took time and quite a number of outtakes...in what to me appears a main circular traffic square right in the heart of the city....may be city government buildings....thats why i would like lycrafan to chime in if possible.

ok so yes as i 'dissected' that video which IS ONE OF THE BEST ONES I'VE EVER POSTED BY THE WAY; I WOULD RANK THIS ONE NUMBER 2 EVER PERSONALLY...the tags on those taxis (i assume-now collectors) are clearly in russian Plus i discovered his vk link with other similar videos out of st petersburg and heres the final nail on the coffin that makes this 'music/DANCE video' FILMED IN RUSSIA':


SO NO DORTMUND....NOW HES WORKING OUT OF DORTMUND WITH A MODEL-KARTEI ID BUT THIS FILM IS SHOT IN ST PETERSBURG WHERES HE IS FROM ORIGINALLY...beautiful sunny day; i am sure you dont get to see those there too often and it was shot earlier this summer so its a very fresh video -shooting this took a while and a number of takes and cuts and i dont see police or any type of traffic control since its an important intersection...normally you would need to pull a permit of some kind to film something like this and since i see other vehicles moving around thats why i dont think there was any permits to do this...interesting...so the man to comment on this is mr EVAEE
