I would not

think its lycra...probably some sort of tight fitting disco style slacks from that era or leather. Lycra began in the 80's I think. That photo is from 1974 legit.
It comes from a custom home remodel builder's 'history' tab page and its at a builders association function according to the website.
It does sure look like some sort of lycra legging. At least she was 30+ fashion years ahead of her time!!!!

considering the tights and boots.........the hat,outfit and long long hair style back then could sure use modernization LOL

Yes folks we arent alone...there are tons of lycra/spandex addicted guys just like us all over the globe. Voila a couple of TPOWIS members (in disguise) avidly

checking her black lycra-legging-clad posterior at a european 10k or marathon oasics sponsored type event on dec28th called Nieuwkerken. Take note that pic#433a is taken a number of seconds later and the fellow's (with the red parka) eyes are still in laser-focused vision mode!

...Cant get enough of her

Talk about a 'reverse turn of events' when the reporter photographer IS the one being photographed herself!

And you thought that photographers were supposed to blend in and not bring attention to themselves. NOT...when they dress like this...they too become fair game
